-> Avoid Unnecessary and Needless Wars/Disputes Between Nations of the Region
-> Transparency Between Regional Council and the Nations and People of the Bohemian Grove

Reason for Running
To better the Groves diplomatic relations with other regions within the nationstates world, so that we can have a stable Foreign Policy for the Grove.

Plans or Reforms
- To establish the Bohemian Grove Diplomatic Missions Department; This will act as the department for Embassies.
- To introduce a regulation, that no region may have a Embassy with the Grove (through the NS Feature) unless they have a active forum Embassy.
- To create at least five new Diplomatic Pacts, with other regions.
- To establish the Bohemian Grove Passport Service.

Why is a Passport Service Nessacary?
We alreasdy have 142 embassies - do we need more?
So what of a Region doesn't have a forum what does that matter

The Plan
To bring stability to the Grove is the main priority. While the UBDF wouldn't be gutted under this plan, it would have to take a back seat to negotiating between the nations of the Grove whenever a war threatens to break out (which seems to be every week or so). At the same time, we would keep the current embassy network up and running, seeing as how it's the first step towards establishing binding alliances between the myriad regions of the world.
