The Trial Of John Horsenhower

Place: Regional Supreme Court House


Two armed guards escort Mr. Horsenhower and his lawyers to the defendants chair and have them take a seat. Shortly after the prosecutor team makes their entrance and also sit down. After waiting for seven minuets head judge Lord Webster enters the courtroom and takes his seat. One of Horsenhower's lawyers whispers something in his ear as Lord Webster begins to speak.



Webster: “All rise. Mr Horsenhower please step forward.”

Horsenhower walks to the judges stand.

Webster: “Now Mr. Horsenhower I want you to understand that this is a preliminary hearing for the pending trial. Also this trial is not determined by a jury but by 8 other lords who will not be present until the trial starts should it start. Understood?”

Horsenhower: “Yes my lord.”

Webster: “Good. Mr. Horsenhower you are being charged with Jewel theft, abuse of power, corruption, and several accounts of using profane language in front of royalty. All of these charges if convicted will place you in a lifetime sentence of imprisonment. Do you understand these charges brought against you?”

Horsenhower: “Yes I do my lord.”

Webster: “Very well, Mr. Horsenhower how do you plead to these charges?”

Horsenhower: “Not Guilty.”

Webster: “In that case I am ordering that you be placed in detainment in a classified location for your own protection until this trial is over. This meeting is now over and the trial is set to start in two days.”

Lord Webster bangs his gavel and walks out of the courtroom. The two armed guards then escort Mr. Horsenhower to an armored car to be detained.

OCC: I think SPR is playing as the prosecution you might be better off asking him if you want to be the defence though.
